Rates & Policies

Seasonal Rates

From $200-$400 plus tax per night, based on double occupancy. $50 for additional person, in select rooms

Off-Season Rates

Starting at $159 plus tax per night
$50 for additional person, in select rooms

General information

  • Check in time is 3PM, arrangements can be made for late arrivals
  • Children over ten are welcome
  • Free on site parking for one car per room
  • Complimentary beach chairs and beach towels are provided for your convenience
  • Complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea and treats

Deposits

To guarantee your reservation, we require a credit card and a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due upon arrival.

One night stays require full payment (including tax) to guarantee your reservation.

Rates and minimum night stay requirements vary depending on season & availability and are subject to change.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival & will be assessed a $30 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Modifications to dates of stay must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability and a $30.00 bookkeeping fee.
